Do all GPI Supplies products come with a warranty?
Yes, all electronic components and devices sold by GPI Supplies include a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Specific high-end equipment may qualify for extended coverage.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For opened electronics, items must be in original packaging with all accessories included; a small restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to our real-time tracking portal.
Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our electronics are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the 'Technical Specifications' section on individual product pages to ensure compatibility with your local power grid.
